1. What is the Personal Information Processing Policy?

Neuron Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) collects, uses, and provides personal information based on the user’s consent, and actively guarantees the user’s rights (right to self-determination of personal information).
The Company complies with the relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea, personal information protection regulations, and guidelines that information and communication service providers must comply with. “Personal Information Processing Policy” refers to the guidelines that the Company must comply with so that users can use the service with confidence by protecting the user’s valuable personal information. This Personal Information Processing Policy applies to the Table On service (hereinafter referred to as “Table On” or “Service”).

During the service use process, the minimum personal information necessary for service provision is collected through the website or individual applications or programs as follows.

– Prevention and sanctions for acts that interfere with the smooth operation of the service (including account theft and fraudulent use, etc.)

Personal information may be used or provided to a third party without the user’s consent in accordance with the law within the scope reasonably related to the purpose of collection. 4. Provision of Personal Information

The company does not provide users’ personal information to third parties except in cases where the user has given separate consent or cases prescribed by law.

The company does not provide personal information to external parties without the user’s prior consent. Table On may provide personal information to relevant organizations without the consent of the information subject in the event of an emergency such as a disaster, infectious disease, an accident or incident that poses an imminent risk to life or body, or imminent property loss.

5. Destruction of Personal Information

① Procedures and methods for destruction upon achievement of personal information collection and use purposes
The destruction method for personal information for which the collection and use purposes have been achieved is determined by considering the type of personal information. In the case of electronic files, they are safely deleted so that they cannot be recovered or reproduced, and in the case of other records, printed materials, and written documents, they are destroyed by shredding or burning.
